2.1 Information You Provide

• Phone number — used for account creation and OTP-based login (via Firebase Authentication).
• Name and email address — provided during profile setup.
• Service address — entered when booking a service.
• Payment information — we only support cash-on-delivery; no card or banking details are collected or stored.
• Service providers: additionally provide a bio, city, experience, and government-issued ID for verification.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information — device model, OS version, and unique device identifiers.
• App usage data — pages visited, features used, and time spent.
• Push notification tokens — to deliver booking status updates (via Expo Notifications).
• Approximate location — requested to match you with nearby providers. We do not store precise background location.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

• Firebase (Google) — used for phone OTP authentication.

• To create and manage your account.
• To process, confirm, and fulfil service bookings.
• To match customers with available service providers.
• To send booking status notifications and service updates.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With service providers: When you book a service, your name and address are shared with the assigned provider so they can complete the job.
• With customers:When a provider is assigned a booking, the customer's name and service address are shared.
• With infrastructure partners: Firebase (Google) for authentication; Expo for push notifications. These partners process data only to deliver services on our behalf.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for up to 3 years for dispute resolution and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at quickdoor.in@gmail.com.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure token-based authentication (JWT), and restricted database access. However, no system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Children's Privacy

QuickDoor is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
